My name is Nina Russu. I have been deeply passionate about the health and fitness field for more than 15 years. My background is in Kinesiology & Health Science, Exercise Physiology, Fitness Counseling, and Personal Training. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how movement can transform lives — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
My passion for helping people to become healthier, stronger, more confident, and happier inspired me to create GlowStrong. This is so much more than just a fitness program — it’s a vision, a movement, and a community that uplifts you as an individual and turns you into an inspiration for others.
